Women In Aviation San Diego

We are the San Diego Chapter of Women in Aviation International (WAI), a nonprofit 501c3 organization dedicated to providing networking, education, mentoring and scholarship opportunities for women who are striving for challenging and fulfilling careers in the aviation and aerospace industries.

Our San Diego chapter has over 70 members (and growing!) including private, charter, corporate, airline and military pilots; student pilots and flight instructors; aerospace engineers; airport managers and General Aviation business staff; flight attendants; air traffic controllers; and aviation enthusiasts. We focus on networking, career development and mentoring, fun events and tours, and are huge supporters of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math).
